Question 1: Why are you pursuing masters in Instructional Technology?

             Technology is the way of the future.  Few years from now just about everything will be associated in some form to computer elements.  I have always enjoyed the challenge of learning new things.  My major was in Business Administration and there have been so many changes in this area since I earned my degree in the mid eighties.  I have enjoyed technology with a sense of insecurities. Instructional technology will allow me the opportunity to better myself.  By improving my self in this area I can better instruct my students and allow them to make learning with an instrument that is part of their generation. 

 Question 2: What do you hope to learn in this class?                        I hope to learn a lot about the foundation of computers.  My goals are threefold.  First I hope to learn about computer hardware so that I can better mange my lab and pass the knowledge to my students.  Secondly, I would like to learn about web authoring tools in more details and the opportunity to do higher order authoring. Thirdly, my goal will be to be able to use accessories such as digital camera/movies, the editing software and custom animation.  At the very end I hope to have gain more than I came in with in this class.

 Question 3: How can you access the Internet outside of class?

    Well, if my computer does not act up with all the “illegal functions” that it claimed I performed then I can access the Internet from home on my PC.   By the way if you have any suggestions on what I can do to get rid of this problem please let me know.  Microsoft couldn’t help me. Another resource for me to access Internet is my job site at the middle school.
