Is Man Evolving?

Microevolution is a fact. This describes changes that take place over time through breeding/mating/marrying within a KIND. People have different skin tones, different eye colors, etc. There are different kinds of dogs and different kinds of cats and different kinds of horses--some wild, some domesticated; some big, some small; and so on.
Macroevolution is a lie. There has NEVER been any evidence uncovered that demonstrates a species evolving from being one KIND of something to a totally different KIND of something else. It doesn't happen, and it will NEVER happen .
It has become very apparent to me that many people believe that we (human kind) are now evolving to the next level. We are becoming very advanced in our technology. Knowledge has indeed increased. We as a kind have come a long way in the past century to century and a half. In 1903, the Orville brothers made the first human airplane flight in recent history. In 1907 Henry Ford came out with his Model-T (car). By 1927, he'd sold 15 million Model Ts; and radio broadcasting, movies, telephone communication and more spread like wildfire during that decade. It's been nearly 48 years (1961) since the first man from earth ascended into the heavens (outer space). Eight years later (1969) the first man stepped foot on the moon. I remember when I was nine (1991) and sitting in my fourth grade class at school, we read an article in an issue of Weekly Reader that stated men predicted we would be setting up civilizations on the planet Mars by the year 2020. "Wow," I thought then as a child. I'd always wanted to travel in space. I wanted to go to the moon. I wanted to go to Mars. How cool indeed, I thought. Seventeen years later, here in 2008, human kind has launched and landed a probe on Mars, that until communication was lost, sent information back to scientists. They were scoping things out to see whether Mars has ever supported life or could possibly do so. I think it's a big waste of money. What are they wanting--a place to relocate when we all trash this planet out completely?
People can quickly travel all over the world via cars and planes. People can access up-to-date news from anywhere in the world in just seconds on the Internet. Satellites have made global positioning possible. The advanced medical world has brought us real life miracles--amazing life-saving and deformity-reconstructing surgeries, life-saving drugs, and advanced diagnostic equipment. Scientists have also worked such miracles as cloning animals, conception outside the womb, in vitro fertilization, and more. Genetic engineering has allowed biotech and petrochemical companies to become ultra-rich by inserting strange (foreign) genes from algae (unclean) and the like into food and fiber crops, such as corn, soy, and cotton so that farmers can use these same companies' toxic pesticides on the crops without the actual crops dying. This is a major adulterating of our food, and it's not clear yet how far-reaching the consequences of this are. The end result has been predicted by many to be widespread famine, causing many in entire world to starve to death. Human kind has done both good and evil with our advanced knowledge and the applications thereof (technology).
Nanotechnology has followed behind genetic engineering as the newest big thing. Nanotechnology is the application of the science of building things from atoms and molecules. The main thing slowing the progress of nanotechnology is the fact that they don't have anything small enough to work with the particles they way they wish to do so. Currently, the only thing they have to work with is the Scanning Mass Spectrometry probe (SMS probe). Whether we like it or not, nanotechnology has already been put in food, cosmetics, and other products. Since the governments don't require labeling for nanotechnology, we have no way of knowing what has it and what doesn't. The only way to avoid it currently is to consume only organic products.
Nanotech companies are working to fortify processed food with nano-encapsulated nutrients, its appearance and taste boosted by nano-developed colours, its fat and sugar content removed or disabled by nano-modification, and ‘mouth feel’ improved. Food ‘fortification’ will be used to increase the nutritional claims that can be made about a given processed food – for example the inclusion of ‘medically beneficial’ nano-capsules will soon enable chocolate chip cookies or hot chips to be marketed as health promoting or artery cleansing. Nanotechnology will also enable junk foods like ice cream and chocolate to be modified to reduce the amount of fats and sugars that the body can absorb. This could happen either by replacing some of the fats and sugars with other substances, or by using nanoparticles to prevent the body from digesting or absorbing these components of the food. In this way, the nano industry could market vitamin and fibre-fortified, fat and sugar-blocked junk food as health promoting and weight reducing.
Companies such as Kraft and Nestlé are designing ‘smart’ foods that will interact with consumers to ‘personalise’ food, changing colour, flavour or nutrients on demand. Kraft is developing a clear tasteless drink that contains hundreds of flavours in latent nanocapsules. A domestic microwave could be used to trigger release of the colour, flavour, concentration and texture of the individual’s choice. ‘Smart’ foods could also sense when an individual was allergic to a food’s ingredients, and block the offending ingredient. Or alternatively, ‘smart’ packaging could release a dose of additional nutrients to those which it identifies as having special dietary needs, for example calcium molecules to people suffering from osteoporosis (Georgia Miller, "Nanotechnology – the new threat to food," www.globalresearch.ca).
Witch-Kraft is one of the last companies a person can trust; I think just about every food product they have contains GM/GE ingredients. And Nestle is responsible for marketing infant formula in third world countries, where breast-feeding often can determine whether a baby will live or die. Isn't being able to eat junk food all the time without gaining weight just what we need? We could trash out our bodies as much as we like and not have to pay with obesity. Hmmm....I wonder how we really would pay, though. It sounds to me as if this is a plan to live in sin while not paying the consequences. How classy. Who's really behind this plan, anyway?
That leads me to the next thing they're hoping to achieve through nanotechnology: immortality. Computer scientist, inventor, and author of Fantastic Voyage: Live Long Enough to Live Forever Ray Kurzweil urges people to live healthily long enough to be alive when the technology is finally here in a few years to achieve eternal life (Jay Lindsay, "Inventor Sets His Sights on Immortality").
He sees human intelligence not only conquering its biological limits, including death, but completely mastering the natural world.
“In my view, we are not another animal, subject to nature’s whim,” he said.
In the past decade, Kurzweil’s interests in technology and health sciences have merged as scientists have discovered similarities.
“All the genes we have, the 20,000 to 30,000 genes, are little software programs,” Kurzweil said.
Kurzweil writes that humanity is on the verge of controlling how genes express themselves and ultimately changing the genes. With such technology, humanity could block disease-causing genes and introduce new ones that would slow or stop the aging process.
The “Third Bridge” is the nanotechnology and artificial intelligence revolution, which Kurzweil predicts will deliver the nanobots that work like repaving crews in our bloodstreams and brains. These intelligent machines will destroy disease, rebuild organs and obliterate known limits on human intelligence, he believes (ibid.; bold and underline emphasis mine)
The article then quotes Lee Silver, a Princeton biologist, as saying: “I think it would require a change in human nature,” Silver said, “and I don’t think people want to do that.”
BINGO!!!! Lee is a clever fellow. Yes, for eternal life to work, people must change. All people must "be on the same page."
What I find odd in all this is that I don't see or hear anyone saying, "Ah, so maybe there is a God after all, someone more advanced than we are who made us in the first place." We have Kurzweil's statement that I bolded above. And yes, it's true that technology and health science has similarities and that our genes are little software programs. YES, we are much like computers. We operate just like a computer--an organic computer that is subject to death. What they're wanting to do is to ADVANCE people's own computers into something indestructible that will live forever.
It will never happen that way. The truth is, there IS a God. The Most High God is the most advanced and intelligent Being in the universe. If we don't want to do things HIS way, then we won't be doing anything much longer. It's HIS universe, and those who don't want to do it HIS way will be snuffed out forever. But, that's not a bad thing. Anyone who is intelligent (true intelligence) enough knows that His way is the only way that works, and those of us who love His way know that the rebels would ruin everything for everyone.
Evolutionists point to "natural selection" as their basis of belief that organisms better their genes more and more and then evolve to the next level. See the following definitions:
"Natural selection is the process by which favorable heritable traits become more common in successive generations of a population of reproducing organisms, and unfavorable heritable traits become less common, due to differential reproduction of genotypes" (Wikipedia, "Natural Selection").
"'Survival of the fittest' is a phrase which is shorthand for a concept relating to competition for survival or predominance" (Wikipedia, "Survival of the Fittest"). This phrase was used by the "father of evolution" Charles Darwin to be synonymous with "natural selection," but the phrase is not a scientific description (ibid.).
Either evolutionists are so nefarious that they use evolution as an excuse to deny God's existence and live in their sin, OR they are just extraordinarily asinine. As knowledge and technology advances more and more, and as evidence for Creation and the biblical accounts of history become more and more, and more and more time goes on without anyone finding a single bit of evidence of even one organism in transition to the next, it becomes clearer every day that the theory of evolution is just downright STUPID. There's no such thing as an organism evolving to a HIGHER organism. This is absurd. Does anyone REALLY believe that apes are going to figure out how to become like human kind, or does anyone believe they are going to naturally evolve to our status through natural selection? Get real already.
There has never been a human alive (besides the Christ) that has not sinned against the set law of God. How anyone thinks we're going to become greater while living in sin is beyond my comprehension. That's an impossible task. And to think any animal is going to gain human status while living the way animals live is equally insane. I think people who have these far-out beliefs need to take a trip out in nature to see what carnal things animals do. The animals are not going to better themselves any time soon while living the way they do. And, it's worse today than ever, because the animals are being poisoned by human kind's terrible sins, so the animals are even more carnal than they normally have been. Some of them may be born with two heads rather than one now, but I don't think that's progress! And human mothers, too, are giving birth to deformed children. There has been at least one child born with only a head that is fused with a sibling's head who had an entire body. They shared a heart. The doctors had to cut away the one child (who only had a head, but who cried and ate just like any other baby and who was clearly a different individual than the sibling) so that she died. There have been many other deformities, such as a child(ren) with two faces, too many arms, etc. This is just tragic. There is nothing here to suggest to me that we're evolving to anything higher. I don't think the doctors thought that, either, or otherwise they would not have to take these children's lives to save the others or have to do reparative surgery because of deformities.
We are suffering from more diseases and violence and other atrocities than ever. Can anyone with any sense REALLY believe we're evolving to a higher status? Does the advanced technology and knowledge alone really prove anything? If we're so advanced, why are we still suffering with disease, violence, divorce and adultery, unhappiness, etc.? And since not everyone in the world is on the same page--since there are many different beliefs and lifestyles--who decides who is going to get nanotechnology to live forever? We all can't. That would never work.
Our genes are changing all right, but they're not changing for the better. We're evolving, but we're evolving to extinction. Genetic mutations are genetic mistakes. The only way a person can improve their genes and evolve back to healthy status is to.....
Follow God's law! If everyone started following God's law TODAY, the world would be well on its way to transforming into a paradise. Obesity, heart disease, cancer, birth defects, diabetes, influenza, and all illnesses and deformities would fade and eventually vanish. Divorce would be history. Sexually-transmitted diseases would disappear. Hospitals would have to close down. Violence (murder, rape, etc.) would diminish. The seventh day of each week would be a rejoicing refreshment of worship, rest from the week's hard work, and visitation between people while enjoying the creation around them. People wouldn't have to lock their doors, as no one would steal anymore. Our food would eventually be full of great taste and full of nourishing life-giving benefits. Even the animals would stop fearing us. Can you imagine it?!
It is my belief that true intelligence and morality go hand in hand. A person can have some sort of intelligence--a worldly intelligence--and not be truly intelligent. The word intelligent comes from a word that means "to understand, comprehend"). Let's look at some scriptures:
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. ~Isaiah 55:9
Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established: ~Proverbs 24:3
the ETERNAL by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens. ~Prov. 3:19
He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding. ~ Jer. 51:15; 10:12
Wisdom, understanding, and knowledge are very often interchangeable in the scriptures with righteousness. Likewise foolishness and stupidity (or brutishness) are often interchangeable with wickedness and evil. See the following (not all-inclusive) scriptures:
The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment. ~Psalm 37:30
The mouth of the just bringeth forth wisdom: but the froward tongue shall be cut out. ~Proverbs 10:31
And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias [Elijah], to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. ~Luke 1:17
The lips of the righteous feed many: but fools die for want [lack] of wisdom. ~Proverbs 10:21
Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the ETERNAL are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein. ~Hosea 14:9

Doing wickedness is like sport to a fool, And so is wisdom to a man of understanding. ~Proverbs 10:23 (NASB)
I applied mine heart to know, and to search, and to seek out wisdom, and the reason of things, and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness and madness: ~Ecclesiastes 7:25
A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is [self-]confident. ~Proverbs 14:16
There are many more like these in the pages of the bible. Study it. Just because a person may be able to assemble a jet aircraft or figure out how to launch into space or clone a sheep doesn't mean the person has true intelligence. TRUE wisdom, TRUE intelligence, TRUE understanding is perfection. God is perfect. Anyone who dares to think His law or His word is old-fashioned or stupid is a fool. Who is wise, intelligent, and perfect enough to create a planet such as the one on which we live? Any takers? I know I am not. I don't think any human is.
How in the world can anyone with any logic* think that there was some "Big Bang" and then some nonliving matter became living and then started evolving to different things? It's bad enough to think that some big bang happened to make the whole universe (way larger than I can comprehend)--all the stars, planets, satellites, etc--and all with such organization with the earth and other planets rotating and revolving around the sun, BUT then somehow not just one but MANY different plants each evolved, and many animals evolved. Surely they don't all think everything came from one single organism and has evolved into the millions of species of all different plants and animals that have ever been on this planet. Even if they do, that's still a miracle each time something successfully evolves. How is it that each and every time something has evolved, something didn't go wrong? It's phenomenal the amount of FAITH a person must have to believe in such a belief! IT'S ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!
*Logic comes from the Greek word "logos" meaning, "reason, idea, word." God had ideal, reasoning, and the word. Men also should have logic. Some don't really use it. Most men mostly use their five more common [physical] senses--taste, feel, touch, hear, see--and don't use often enough their sixth sense of logic, which embodies reasoning and intuition. Only someone possessing the God Spirit can rightly use the seventh sense--"mind over matter" (wrongly labeled the fifth sub-category of the so-called "sixth sense" ESP--extra sensory perception). Mind over matter or scientifically named psychokinesis is the "paranormal ability of the mind to influence matter, time, space, or energy without the use of any currently known type of physical means" (Answers.com, s.v. "psychokinesis") This includes the following: "movement of matter, object deformation, influencing events, biological healing, teleportation, passing through matter, transmutation of matter, shape-shifting, energy shield, control of magnetism, control of photons, and thoughtform projection" (a physically perceived person or other object created in the mind and projected as 3-D to be observable to others) (ibid.). Any human who has used psychokinetic (literally "mind/spirit" over "moving energy") manifestations has had to use the Spirit of God or a false wicked spirit--a rebel spirit.
In the parable of Lazarus and the rich man, the rich man begs Abraham to send someone from the dead to tell his brothers to repent (never mind that by the time Abraham is raised to life again, it's too late for all that), after Abraham said that they had Moses (the law) and the prophets: "If one went unto them from the dead, they will repent"(Luke 16:30). Abraham responded, "If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead" (vs 31).
I'm fully convinced this is a true statement. Even if someone is miraculously raised from the dead, if a person is stuck on denying something, a miraculous resurrection won't make any difference. There is such overwhelming evidence in the bible: perfect prophecies, all coming to pass exactly as predicted; perfect law that works; evidence of God having advanced technology back in a time where people did not have such; perfectly accurate history records; etc. That should be enough for anyone to believe the bible is God's inerrant word. If that's not enough, there is plenty of secular historical evidence, when used alongside the bible, that the bible's teaching is markedly different than that of all the other religions. Where many today are going wrong is that instead of using biblical teaching, they use the teaching of the Catholic and Protestant churches, assuming that what they teach is what the bible teaches. Nothing could be further from the truth! There is a movie I'm waiting rather patiently to see. It's a documentary done by talk show host Bill Maher called Religilous. He set out to show how ridiculous religion is. And he's right. The religions of the world ARE ridiculous. They ARE far-out. They ARE lacking in evidence. But, I'm sure he does not talk about the TRUTH that the bible teaches in his film. This is where he and others just KEEP going wrong. It makes me so sad and frustrated that my God is blasphemed and made to look ridiculous, because people assume Christ and Christians are simply another repeat of all the false sun gods and their worshipers. This is the Catholic church's fault, and praises be to our Lord when He destroys the wicked organization and its head leader upon his return! Come quickly Lord Jesus!
There's something very similar to this situation recorded for us in scripture. The spokesman for the Assyrian king to three of Hezekiah's king of Judah officials:
Thus saith the great king, the king of Assyria, What confidence is this wherein thou trustest?...[I]f ye say unto me, We trust in the ETERNAL our God: is not that he, whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah hath taken away, and hath said to Judah and Jerusalem, Ye shall worship before this altar in Jerusalem?...Who are they among all the gods of the countries, that have delivered their country out of mine hand, that the ETERNAL should deliver Jerusalem out of my hand? (II Kings 18:19b, 22, 35).
See, Israel had wicked kings who served other gods, and Judah had mostly wicked kings, too, that served idols and called them by God's name. Hezekiah was one of Judah's few righteous kings who followed in the way of David. He broke down all the images and altars used in pagan worship. But, since they called idols by God's name, the other nations didn't know any better. They ASSUMED that was the way true believers worshiped the ETERNAL, the God of Israel. WRONG!!! God HATES blasphemy. He HATES vain worship. He does not want His name (reputation and authority) tarnished. This is exactly what Israel and Judah did by worshiping Him falsely all those years. It was only here and there that Judah had a king who worshiped God in TRUTH. It has ALWAYS been this way with ALL of Israel. It is that way TODAY still. Modern Israel (Britain, US, and other Anglo-Saxon descended nations) and modern Judah (the Jews) still in the majority worship God with falsehoods, mixing truth with idolatrous religions.
And SO the majority of those who call themselves Christians today worship God with falsehoods and hold onto deranged doctrines. But there have always been the FEW who worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). The majority have blasphemed God--broken the third commandment--so that millions of people now believe there is no God. They believe there is no God, because they rightly see how stupid and ridiculous the world's religions are, including mainstream Christianity.
Why don't people believe the story of God making Eve from Adam's rib? Stem cell research is BIG today, and it just so happens that the ribs are one of best and richest places to extract stem cells. What about the dietary laws? Why do people scoff at them? Has not modern science demonstrated how unhealthful unclean plants and animals are? Has it not demonstrated how blood transfers disease? Has it not claimed that long-chain saturated fatty acids (meat fat) are hazardous to one's health? Compare the nations that follow God's laws concerning hygiene and sick isolation to the nations who do not follow them. When Israel followed the agricultural laws of God, they had an abundance of food for an abundance of people in a very small area of land. When the Roman empire adopted the same agricultural laws, they flourished. When God's sexual laws are followed perfectly, there are no sexually transmitted diseases and no divorce and no adopted children that have to be raised by sodomites. Why is the story of Jonah being in the belly of a "fish" for three days and nights scoffed at today, when we now have submarines? Why do people laugh at the thought God and angels flying in our modern day of airplanes, helicopters, rockets, and space shuttles? Why do people scoff at Mary's virgin birth when virgin birth is a scientific reality (in vitro and parthenogenesis)? (Parthenogenesis is an asexual form of reproduction using only female cells.) Why is it hard to believe that God cannot see what anyone is doing at any given time, if he so chooses, in a day when we now have an advanced global positioning system so that we can simply type in an address or coordinates and see that property? I could go on and on giving examples.
The TRUTH is that the Most High God and the Lord Jesus Christ are the two greatest scientists. It's quite laughable to me when people ignorantly say that science and the bible conflict. Say what? Conflict? My Beloved Father and my Lord Jesus knew great science long before these scoffing fools practicing today, and they've always been much more advanced than the scientists practicing today. Remember, the bible says that God founded the earth by KNOWLEDGE. Science is knowledge. That's the definition. God doesn't do hocus pocus. The two God Beings are REAL. They KNOW what they're doing. I'm not so sure about the man scientists. I mean, wow, they are really doing some awesome things now and making awesome discoveries and making great innovations. But, it's really nothing compared to His Majesty the Most High and His Firstborn. Man finally, just recently, created life--some single-celled organism. I'm going to guess they're still a long way off from making anything extravagant--like another man--from scratch.
I read in an article that some more things long considered science fiction are a soon-to-be-reality: time travel, rail guns (weapons that use magnetic force to send sounds at high speeds and far distances, even outer space), orbital weapons, nanotechnology, artificial intelligence and quantum computing (Elvis T, "Ray Guns and Digital Brains: Five Examples of Science Fiction Technology Coming Soon to a Reality Near You," Purple Slinky, purpleslinky.com).
The Russians were talking February of this year (2008) about how close they thought they were to time travel, perhaps only three months away at that time. I haven't heard anymore about it. But, there are people seriously working on these things, and we've already seen so much happen that people before would have not thought could happen. So, WHY is it so hard to believe in an Intelligent Being(s) who created the universe and everything in it?
To conclude this, I want to finalize my point on wisdom and intelligence being equal with morality. I know there are a lot of people that will just hate these words and hate the truth, but this is the TRUTH:
*Only an idiot, someone without wisdom, thinks two men having anal sex or two women playing sexually with each other is normal and will help us evolve.
*Only an idiot, someone without intelligence, thinks having sex with whomever and how many ever people he or she wants is healthy and will help us evolve.
*Only an idiot, someone without understanding, thinks eating just whatever abomination we fancy is going to be just as good as lawful food and will help us evolve.
*Only a fool, someone who lacks wisdom, thinks abortion is a healthy choice and will help us evolve.
*Only a fool, someone who lacks intelligence, thinks we can genetically engineer whatever we want without proper knowledge without dire consequences and that it will help us evolve.
*Only a fool, someone who lacks understanding, thinks pharmaceutical drugs and vaccines will keep us healthy and will somehow help us evolve.
YEAH, like I said before, we're evolving all right. We're not evolving upward. It's IMPOSSIBLE. The very best a person can become in the flesh is still a person in the flesh, whose body will eventually succumb to death. The ONLY "evolving" going on is very bad news. Our genes are being terribly mutated with many mistakes, and it's because of sin.
True intelligence and morality go hand-in-hand. There's no difference. They're one and the same. A person can have worldly intelligence, but what good is that? The person will still die. We CANNOT and WILL NOT evolve or in ANY WAY become a more advanced being than we are right now by living against the Ten Commandments and their statutes and judgments. To borrow a phrase my husband uses, "It's not gonna happen, cap'n.
Gross sexual immorality causes disease. Eating unclean foods causes disease. Eating blood and animal fat causes disease. Having abortions kills people--no progress there. It can also cause disease (cancer) and infertility. Genetically engineering our food causes death, disease, starvation and who knows what all, yet. Taking poisons in our body, rather than using preventative health, good dietary habits, activity, rest and isolating sick people causes disease and death.
Our genes keep getting worse. It's a JOKE that anyone thinks we're evolving. It's a JOKE that anyone thinks God's law is out of date or incompatible with intelligence.
Mainstream Christians don't live a whole lot differently than the rest of the population, with a few exceptions. Why not prove whether I'm right or wrong? See whether Catholicism and Protestantism is teaching the bible correctly. Study to see whether or not God's law is compatible with modern science.
If anyone can, come PROVE ME WRONG. Better yet, I challenge to prove God wrong. Now is the time that Daniel the prophet spoke of, "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." NOW is the time that KNOWLEDGE (Science) is increased. NOW is the time that the bible should be SEEN as TRUE, based on none other than SCIENCE. Faith in the unseen is not unscientific. We couldn't see microbes or oxygen molecules before knowledge was increased. NOW we can see all sorts of things under microscopes and telescopes that could not be seen before. We have faith there's oxygen in the air, because we've been taught that it is, and we know we're breathing in something (more than just oxygen). But, we can't see it with the NAKED eye. Why then do we believe there's really oxygen molecules, since most of us have not actually seen them? We COULD each prove this for ourselves and get the equipment necessary.
The bible and our environmental surroundings on this planet provide MORE than enough evidence that God is real and the bible is true.
We are not evolving, and anyone who honestly believes that life formed "on the backs of crystals," as one fellow claimed without any Intelligent Creator is the fool, quite frankly, I think. The "Big Bang," evolution, and all their other far-out theories are just stupid, and anyone who believes such ignorance is not a true scientist, because it goes against all the laws of science.
