| Yu-Gi-Oh starts in ancient Egypt, when the pharohs used powerful magic and monsters in combination with a game that eventually threatened to destroy the world, until a brave pharoh locked it away in seven items called the Millenium Items. So far, the items' powers have stayed in a state of dormancy, until a boy unleashed it's power.........Yugi Motoh, a short highschool freshman who has low self confidence except for in a card game of Duel Monsters, but when he duels, he turns into an alter-ego called Yami Yugi with much courage, skill, and a gain of a few inches. ~_~' (sorry, just had to add that). But his Millenium Puzzle is often targeted as a rare prize by other Millenium Item owners who wish to harness the power of all 7. Now, with his friends Joey (Jonuochi), Tea (Anzu), Tristan (Honda), Bakura, and Mai, they'll duel their way through obsticles like Yugi's biggest rival Seto Kaiba who is considered the World Champ in Duel Monsters and his just as competitive little brother Mokuba. Kaiba's the owner of his own multi-millionare company (Kaiba Corp.),who still hasn't (and probably never will) gotten over Yugi's defeat over him. But it seems that that's not their only concern, for Maximilion Pegasus not only wants Yug's Puzzle, but Kaiba's company too! All of them will have to face challenging duels in the future, so prepare your decks, gather your courage, assemble you best stratigies, and prepare to duel! |
