1. Access MyULV through ULV's home page www.ulv.edu
2. Enter the Secure Area.
3. Enter your ID and PIN.
4. Click on "Student Services & Financial Aid."
5. Click on "Course Evaluation Survey(s)."
6. Select the course you wish to evaluate.
7. Complete the questions on the evaluation.
8. When finished, click "Submit Survey."
Repeat the process for each of your courses.
