EasyStats is designed for quick and easy entry of classes, modules, courses, students, enrolments and qualifications. Where possible the program attempts to minimise data entry keystrokes by the use of various utilities. Furthermore, EasyStats is designed to be ‘portable’, thus giving it the added advantage of easy of support.

VALIDATION OF DATA ON ENTRY
EasyStats has full up-front error trapping as data is entered into the application. The program has extensive pre-defined data quality reports that can be run at any stage. During the export of data, the records exported are again fully validated as per the AVETMISS and Skills Victoria's business requirements, and errors are logged and available for viewing. 

INTUITIVENESS, FLEXIBILITY AND GENERAL EASE OF OPERATION
EasyStats is a Windows-based development and is easy to use. It minimises the impact of human-error through its use of look up tables for all classification values and in-built relationships between courses/modules/classes/class enrolments.

REPORTING ON YOUR BUSINESS
There is a range of in-built reports including course, module, class and enrolment summaries. Some reports include student contact hours and enrolments and related funding source details. All reports are automatically saved in Excel format. EasyStats is strictly a statistical and management reporting package, with an in-built Receipting module (optional feature).

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
An extensive "user-friendly" manual is supplied with the software. It provides "how to" information on most of the software’s features as well as information in relation to those fields that are required for Skills Victoria reporting purposes. All fields in EasyStats have context sensitive help. Free unlimited hotline support is offered by phone, fax or e-mail.
