GREEN TEA SOAK
SOOTHES SENSITIVE SKIN
WHAT'S IN IT:
  1/2 cup loose green tea leaves
  1/2 cup rolled or instant oatmeal
HOW IT WORKS:  Green tea, which is obtained from the Camellia sisensis plant, is a marvelous and versatile remedy. A green tea bath is a delicious way to unwind after a streesful day to tone your skin. Oatmeal is a wonderful soother, especially for sensitive skin. Its starchy nature makes it naturally soothing.
HOW TO MAKE IT:  Combine the green tea and oatmeal in a muslin or cheesecloth bag. hang the bag from your bathtub spout with a string or ribbon. Let the mixture steep as you fill the tub with warm water.
HOW TO USE IT: Remove the bag. then grab a book or magazine, neck pillow, and loofah. Climb in the tub and soak for 10 to 15 minutes. Then rub your body gently with the loofah, and rinse. Towel dry and moisturize lavishly. Make a fresh bag each time.
