Hello everyone!!!
Back again in Dublin, only today fortunately, tomorrow up to the North. The Southtour was very beautiful and very nice and the group was ok too, it was me of course who accompanied the older lady (59), but I liked that a lot.  I think that most of the young people think it's scary or not cool or anything to hang around with older people.

Here a report of my tour through the South of Ireland:
I'm already 2 weeks in Ireland and the first week I've spend in Dublin and of course done/ seen some touristic things, like National Museum and the History Museum, St Patrick's Cathedral and Christchurch Cathedral. Further Temple Bar District and sometimes a few hours sitting in St Stephen Green Park with a book (My life with and without Jim Morrison- Patricia Kennaly) etc.
Monday 4/12 beginning of the tour through Southern Ireland:
Went to an old whiskey distillery and to Clonmacnoise, an old site from the 6th century with old graves and ruins of churches.
Spent the night in Galway.
The second day to Dunduery Castle and driven through a boring landscape
(many stones and rocks) and to the Cliff of Moher, which is very beautiful.
In the evening in the pub with traditional music in Tralee, where we've spend the night.
Wednesday driven through Kerry County to the coast of Dingle Bay.
Thursday to Killarny National Park, where is a ruin of the Abbey from 1445. Made a walk through the forest to a waterfall and driven to the Lake of Killarney. Through County Cork to a stone circle dating from 2000-500 BC.
Friday to Blarney Castle, where you can kiss the Blarney Stone and than it gives you 7 happy years, I didn't do that because of my fear of heights. Lunched in Cork and to Rock of Cashel, a castle on a rock and in the evening celebrating in a pub in Kilkenny, because it was the latest evening of the tour.
Saturday tot a burial site (4000-3000 BC) and to a moastic city: Glendalough. Back to Dublin via the Wicklow Mountain.
This is a short description, but the pictures will tell you more and are coming as soon as possible.
Email me to [email protected] or write a message on the messageboard.
Top of the say!!!
This wasit, big kiss, Es.
