Stug III ASUF FThis prototype arises for direct mandate of Hitler who arranges the creation of an armoured vehicle to overcome the Soviet models (KV-1 and T-34) that were acting in the East Front. Thus the StuG III Ausf F arises, were produced several series of that, from the A until the E. Each of them was gotten with bigger armour with regard to the previous one.

Besides there joined a long cannon that was substituting the short version of the previous model and a ventilator was added to expel the smokes of the cannon, among other changes. All this helped to turn this model in one of the most effective in the field of battle. The design flattened of its body was one of its principal advantages.
