Pzkpfw IVE It was designed in the middle of 30's as unit of support. Its cannon was effective against light targets but it wasn't enough effective like antitank. The Pz IV D and the Pz IV were the most common models to the beginning of the Russian campaign in 1941. 229 Pz IV D were constructed since the production began in October 1939.
