Wow, the weekend blew by us!  We visited the vet on Thursday and everyone is doing well.  Collin's umbilical hernia will need to be repaired when he's neutered and we'll do a wait a see on Brink's.  Ember had a little cyst on her foot which we are attempting to drain each day and are treating with antibiotics.  Annie is back on antibiotics for some tooth issues.  When she is spayed she will need some dental work done.  We'll possibly do some fund raising for that, as she really needs it done.

This weekend was a big one for us, the babies are three weeks old now!  I noticed mommy is beginning the natural weaning that occurs about this time, possibly it has something to do with the fact that all the puppies have little sharp teeth!  This prompted us to make a visit to petco and dresslers for puppy appropriate toys and wormer for the kids as well.  So far thier consensus is the fleece ball that we bought at PetCo is a favorite! 

Sunday night on a whim I mixed up some puppy gruel!  That was a huge hit... every puppy filled thier tummy up, I was amazed there was no hesitation what so ever!  They all just dove in, litterally...

We took some cute sleeping photo's last night and will try to do our weekly ones tonight and get them posted.

Thanks for everyone that checks in on a regular basis!  Please let people know about Annie and her kids, they'd like to spend the holidays in their forever homes, so Santa knows where to find them :o)
