| Hobbits are a secluded group of free folk found west of the Misty Mountains. They pride themselves in being unadventurous, sticking to a predictable pattern, and never journeying into the outside world. |

| Hobbits are know for their love of gardening, food, and smoking of pipeweed. |
|
|
Hobbits are also called halflings. They are only three feet tall, have furry feet, and have large ears. They build their homes in the side of hills and can travel around without making much noise. For these reasons, hobbits becaming only a thing of myth to the free people of middle earth before the quest to destroy the ring of power in which 4 hobbits were members. |
