Different customers come into their office looking for cruises that meet their needs. Have customers fit into different demographics such as senior citizens with lots of time and money to spend on their cruise or a group of college students on a tight budget. Students should compare and contrast the benefits of different cruises and cruise lines. Higher level classes could examine more details such as the cost increase when choosing a higher deck and the price of shore excursions and insurance.
