My girlfriend and I are a quiet non-smoker professional couple with no kids. I am a software engineer with my own consulting business and she is a part time artist (Oil on Canvass) and part time flight attendent. We are responsible and always make an effort to keep our place clean.

 

We usually only drink socially and usually go out once a week. Once or twice a year we’ll have fun get-togethers or potlucks with friends and neighbors; whole families are usually invited. We’re working on being a wine connoisseur – our get-togethers are getting famous for good wine. Occasionally we go for Salsa dancing.

 

I’m a plain coffee connoisseur, if there is any such a thing! I look for good beans and grind them fresh for coffee at home.

 

We just got a 5 month old shepard mix named Suki. She's a friendly and shy girl and is generally good with other animals.

 

We make good money and not looking for help with mortgage; in a way we’re looking for more of a roommate and less of a tenant. If you are an educated person with diverse set of interests, we should be fine for the most part. We appreciate differences in lifestyle and personality and look forward to learning from them; however, there could be certain aspects of our personality and lifestyle that would set us apart from the very beginning.
