Close to 287 and only 20 minutes from either Denver or Boulder; easy drive from Flatirons Mall and dozens of shopping centers on 120th; 5 minutes from the new Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital and the Front Range Community College; about 2 minutes from Broomfield/Arvada/Westminster Exit on 36.
A word of caution: the morning rush hour subarbia traffic towards Boulder and Denver gets backed-up and, if you plan to commute during those hours, it could take upto 40 mins; worse on snow days. Same is the case with the evening rush-hour traffic out of Boulder and Denver.
