Allow me to introduce myself; I am Eric Speece from Minneapolis, MN, however, I lived and worked in Ecuador for eight years. I went to Ecuador in 1996 as a Volunteer English Teacher through the program, WorldTeach.  I was assigned to teach English on the Galapagos Islands where I lived for two years.

Since my rewarding experience as a WorldTeach volunteer I have gained seven years of internaional business development experience in the hospitality, e-commerce, and agriculture industries.    
In order to advance in a career in International business development, I decided to go back to school.  I am currently a 2006 M.B.A. candidate at the Fisher Graduate School of International Business in Monterey, CA. 

During my time in Latin America I married Glenda Sangolqui and we have two very special children, Teo and Mara
