| For my latest vacation, I decided I was going to indulge in some shopping and bargain hunting. I checked out shoppingandbargainghunting.com, and the U.S. State departments travel advisory site. The opinion was unanimous...the mid east is a real hot spot lately. I quickly booked tickets so I could get over there before all the deals were gone. It took two months for my car to get there!! Anyhow, my plan was to head down through all the "stans" and spend some time in bangladesh shopping for Reeboks. I ended up getting sidetracked in Pakistan for awhile. There was just so much to see I had to take my time. |

| There are two things I really kick myself for not buying. These beautiful coats are one. Are these things Gucci or what? It'll probably be two years before Dillards gets these. |
| The second item was these hats. These are way up there on my list. I tried to ask the locals where I could get one, and I think they said, "at the hat store". |

| This is up in the north, as you can clearly see by the different roadsign markings. I wanted to walk over to the snow, but I was told not to because there are mines everywhere. That would be just my luck, to fall down in some shaft full of gold and copper. |
| Few people know that K2, the worlds second tallest mountain, is located in northern Pakistan. Apparently the mountain is fireproof. |
