�Wire & Fiber-Optic Harness Design

I helped pioneer the introduction of a revolutionary 3D wire harness design and 2D Nailboard documentation product, EMbassyWorks. As Regional Sales Manager for the Western US, I helped establish and train 26 reseller offices for Linius Technologies, a SolidWorks Gold Partner.

In doing so, I consulted and trained customers on how to take schematic capture data (net-lists) to create 3D wire harnesses that could be virtually routed inside the mechanical assembly, typically a sheet metal enclosure. This 3D model was then used to create a Nailboard drawing and an installation drawing in order to mass produce the harness assembly and install it into the mechanical assembly as a component, thus eliminating the need to manually wire every unit one by one.
