This is the web site for the Department of Transportation of The Republic of Eslo. Being a micronation, there are very few things that this government institution can do that is not theoretical.

For the moment, we take great pride in being able to inform our visitors on current issues in the transportation industry. The Department of Transportation recognizes that the tranport situation varies widely from region to region. However, we will provide general statements about the Highway, Train , Aviation, and Marine transport.

In Eslo, theoretically, most transportation takes place by automobile. Long distances are covered by air. To the left, we see an airliner making its final approach to Eslon International Airport. Eslon International Airport serves over 120 regional and major airlines.

The administration of Eslon International Airport is done by the DOT. All other airports are privately administered.

The Republic of Eslo's marine trasportation consists mainly of tourist vessels. The ports of Eslo are fully equipped to handle all kinds of ships 365 days a year.

The Department of Transportation determines the standards that ships must meet before entering Eslonian waters. These standards are based on environmental friendliness.
