FROM THE OFFICE OF
HRM JOSE IZZAGUERRA
OFFICIAL SPEECH BY
HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS JOSE IZZAGUERRA

DELIVERED BY AMBASSADOR GEORGE STAMPS AT THE ONLINE OPENING OF THE EMBASSY OF PASARGADA IN ESLO
Mr. President, Excellencies, Distinguished guests, I am sorry that I could not join you on this occasion, as important macronational matters are on at the moment.

I wish to extend the congratulations of my government to President Ravasco and Ambassador Cava. Likewise, I want to thank them for their warm hospitality which we hope, has, and will continue to be reciprocated.

It is a pleasure to welcome a permanent representation of the Government of Pasargada to Eslo. I am pleased to see that an extensive history in development, cooperation, and common ideology has payed off. This mission is welcome in our country and we are thrilled by the potential of such an important link between peoples.

As Latin Americans, we can all understand that our roots and ideologies are closely related. It is my sincere desire to develop this relationship in a manner that encompasses all aspects of Eslonian and Pasargadan policy.

Although Eslo is an older nation, we are both prominent and respected nations. We have a responsibility in the global community to stand up for what we believe in. I hope that this embassy will provide a channel for that type of interchange and agreement on topics of mutual interest. As partners, the boundaries of our potential are increased dramatically. We will continue to search for areas of mutual cooperation and serve as a model relationship.

Again, I welcome the delegation from Pasargada and I speak on behalf of all Eslonians when I say make yourself at home!

Thank you.
