| 1. Must be an Eslonian citizen 2. Must be fluent in English and/or Spanish, French is an asset 3. Must have knowledge of computer technology 4. Must have experience in web design 5. Must have IMPECCABLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS 6. Must be at least 18 years of age 7. Must have access to the internet 8. Must be willing and able to enjoy the job, which is not incredibly time consuming and very much fun. 9. Must keep certain government webpages and phone links up to date 10. Must have good managerial skills to supervise 3 employees of the Department of Communication. 11.
