Thank you for sending along this pleasant patient for my assessment. She presents for assessment of acne symptoms.She reports frequent outbreaks of pimples as well as the occasional inf nodule. She has previously been treated with sys antibiotic therapy including ery which she took for up to a two-month duration. She was also on top vitamin A acid but found this to be too irr. Her menstrual cycles are regular and she is on the oral contraceptive pill. She also gives a history of easy flu and blushing of the face.
Examination revealed pap and pus distributed on the forehead, cheeks and chin. Only a slight com component was present.

Diagnosis: Ros and acne vul.
Plan: 1. Dox, 100 mg daily.
2. 1 percent hyd, 1 percent clin, 1 percent metro in Complex 15 lotion applied b.i.d.
