| A few years before he passed away, Dad recorded a tape in which he described each one of us. He described Faten as "an Angel of Mercy", a description which fits her very well. She was beside both Daddy and Mummy when their hour came. Faten's faith and her kindness are her major characteristics. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Faten graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, and has recently been promoted to a manager. She is married to Eng. Hassan Said who spent most of his professional life with Rakta Paper co. Her great ordeal was the loss of Marwa, an angelic child, who was adored by everyone who came in contact with her. Faten's faith helped her to come to terms with this loss. |

| Faten is the mother of Alaa - a distinguished naval officer, Sahar - a chemist, and Gihan - an electrical engineer. Faten is also the proud grandmother of four lovely boys: Mostafa, Hassan, Omar and Aly. |
