TO ESKRIDO PRACTITIONERS:
It is my earnest hope that our ESKRIDO Techniques and the teaching Discipline
will attract more enthusiasts and who will Propagation of our ART. A person
cannot fully appreciate of the Theories and Techniques without teaching.
Teaching forces you to learn not only the Technical Aspect of our techniques,
but also to understand how to communicate and transfer these SKILLS effectively
to other people.
In Martial Arts techniques is definitely a Major Factor, but confidence,
Coordination and Mental commitment all come together as you Progress in the ART.
As an INSTRUCTOR you are the Father of your students, one who guides and shows
the WAY and set the example of PERSEVERANCE, PATIENCE, MANNER, the ideals of a
TRUE MARTIAL ARTS.
Being an INSTRUCTOR requires Dedication, Acumen, Responsibility and some sort of
Management and Organizational Ability. Get to class a little bit early, it will
show that you are eager to learn.
