Love of a Goddess

In a world so full of ugly things
She stands out in a crowded place
Looking down on our smiling faces
She cannot help but feel proud
She watches her children grow
So far down upon Mother Earth

Once again comes the time
For our Goddess to give birth

She is our protector
Our Mother
Our Life
A mother she is
In a man's world
She gives us light

In a man's world
She has survived

She is our Mother
She is our Life
No man shall ever
Make her subside
Her Protection
Her Love
Always remains
Lost in a man's world
Full of forgotten things

Still this lost religion lives
Still this wonderful Goddess survives
In a stare from a man's glare
Once more her beauty arose
She's brought her love to all
As only a Mother could

She is our Mother
She is our Life
She brings forth
All that is right
