Competition Rules
The competitions are open to all fencers both Belgian and Foreign, Senior, Junior or Cadets in possession of the national licence 2007-2008 (This last must be presented at sign-on)
They shall be fenced by one or two pool rounds, by direct elimination with or without a secondary group or by a single pool following the number signed on.
Fencers equipe themselves and fence under their own responsability
Clothing and materials shall conforù to FIE normes
350 and 800 Newton clothing shall be accepted but the 800 Newton plastron is obligatory.
The organisers decline all responsability in the event of accident or theft.
Cercles presenting a minimum of three fencers by weapon are invited to make available to the Technical Directorate a President during the greater part of the Competition or else to pay a supplement of €35 (the choice to be made on the entry form). In the event of a lack of Presidents, fencers could be asked to preside their own pools.
Presidents shall be offered lunch and two drinks.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the rules accaording to circumstances.
The Technical Directorate alone is sovereign for all decisions.
All the competitions will be fought with electric weapons.
The entry fee is fixed at €10 and is payable by fencers upon arrival.
Refreshments will be available at the cafetaria.
