I don't have that many up yet, but these are just a few drawings of mine. Some are recent, some aren't -- just a big giant mixture of everything :)
I like this one. It was a very fun mixed media, with the exception of drawing the grid for the screen ... I was seeing lines for an hour after I finished it. Anyway, the cat is obviously done in pen and ink and the colour was added by watercolour. Quite fun :)
This is just a lil one out of my sketchbook. Pencil shading would have to be my all-time fave medium. Anyway, what I found particularly interesting about this one is that the whole drawing is composed of shadows rather than profiles and actual details and what-not. The face just sort of emerges from the shadows.
I was just sitting at home one night at the computer when I drew this one. It's nothing really that great, I just sorta liked the expression on the girls face. Ah ... the simplicity of drawing with pen :)
This one's about 4 years old or so. It was my first attempt at a grid drawing with pencil shading. Actually, I kind of liked the whole grid technique. It makes everything much more accurate and easy.
This one's a little boring, but I figured I'd just smack it in here anyway. As you probably can see by now I like my pencil shading :) This one is also one out of my sketchbook. I think it needs more focus or interest or something ...
