| March 12: HEY! Go check out the Newsboys' website... They have a bunch of new pics on there, from the Grammys and from their Adoration tour! (I wish they'd come to Canada with the tour - Rebecca St. James and Jeremy Camp are with the 'Boys, and they're both great too!) And, according to their awesome webmaster, dc, the 'Boys (Duncan and Jeff, really) are buggin' him to put up a journal for them to write in, about the tour and stuff. So, he added that today, and the Newsboys are going to be adding to it soon! We'll all be more up-to-date than ever before! :D latest NEWS: GUESS WHAT!!!! The Newsboys have been nominated for 4 Dove Awards!!! YAY!!! AND, something else, the Doves are on TV on my 18th birthday!!! Woohoo! So, I'm really hoping they win some! (Especially considering that they didn't win the Grammy... *mumbling something about how Micheal W Smith won instead*) later-latest NEWS: *tear* Jody... we miss you, man! We wish you'd come back. Bryan's great, but... just not the same! (Newsboys fans will know what I'm talking about. Just don't bring it up on CCM Buzz! *shudder* scary!!! ;) ) |
| March 17: Well, it's official. Jody Davis has resigned from the Newsboys. I was about to go to ccmbuzz.com, to check out the latest talk, but paused, and went to newsboys.com instead. I was still planning on going to the Buzz, but I'm not now. Can't deal with all those people yappin' right now. I need to process this first. I had a feeling it was coming.... I've been listening to Jody's CD for a long time now, every night before sleeping... When the page loaded, I first saw that Jeff had written in the journal, which was cool! You can read it here. And then I noticed, in the top left corner "Jody Davis resigns." My heart sank... Read all about it here. I was going to copy and paste it all, but I don't fell like doin' that anymore. (For any Newsboys fans, I hope you caught the pun there.....) Lata'! |
