Our dreams can be interpreted many different ways. The interpretation is as unique as the dreamer. I frequently have very vivid dreams. This page is dedicated to dreams and the meaning that I feel they hold along with other dream related information. I hope that you can use the below examples and info to help you interpret your own dreams.

Dream #1
I was in a college campus type setting and I knew that my friends were also staying on campus. I was in a tiny dark room with a small bed and no windows. I had thought that I had taken a quick nap, but it turned out that I had slept until almost midnight. I went outside and it was dark and rainy. I walked to the bar that was located across campus to try and find somebody that i knew, but there was only a crowd of strangers that gave me bad vibes as they stared at me intensely. I quickly made my way out of the smokey overcrowded bar and headed back to the dorm rooms. I could feel the rain pelting me in the face. I was unable to find my room or any of my companions. I started to panic and then I awoke.
My Interpretation
This was a short dream (as most are) but it still holds a message from my subconscience. In my dream I slept a lot longer than I thought and as a consequence, I was unable to find a friendly face. In reality, I've recently been sleeping late as I haven't been going to bed until the early morning hours (around 3:00 am). I feel that this dream was telling me to get my schedule back on track or else there will be negative consequences to suffer.
Note: Although dream dictionaries can sometimes be accurate, I feel that it is best to interpret your dreams on your own. Some dream dictionaries will give you a traditional meaning and others will give you a more modern meaning. Only you know what's hidden in your deepest subconscience. I find it easier to write down a dream and then analyze it on your own. This is also a great way to keep up a dream journal.
This type of dream is pretty easy to interpret since it's a reality based dream. I looked at the first main element in the dream (over sleeping) and compared it to my present day situation. I was then able to make a prediction as to what my subconscience was trying to tell me based on the outcome of the dream.

Daydreams........ Ok, your sitting and your mind begins to wonder. You are not sleeping, but yet your dreaming of a situation that has never occurred. Sometimes this is called a fantasy or a daydream. This is a healthy mental activity. Daydreaming helps you to relax from your daily routine as you slip into a world created only by your imagination. Daydreaming strengthens your creative conscienceness and can also help you solve problems. If you are not a frequent creative daydreamer, here is a simple exercise to help you create a world of your own.
Creative Daydream Exercise
1. Begin by creating a location for the daydream to take place. This does not have to be a real location. Be creative. If you want to be swimming in the ocean, but you want snow to be falling at the same time you can do it because it's your daydream and the possibilities are endless. Try to imagine every detail of your surroundings. If your swimming in the ocean during a snowfall, imagine the feeling of the water on your skin and snowflakes gracing your face. You don't need to feel the water being cold as ice as this would be uncomfortable. It's a dream so logic does not have to be a part of it. What does the sky look like? Is it day or night? Imagine that you can smell the ocean mist and hear the birds singing. Whatever you create, try to be as detailed as possible. (This will become easier with practice.)
2. Now that you have your location, decide if you want anybody else in your daydream with you. Bring in real people or fictional people that you create. Try and pay close attention to detail as this helps you to focus your mind better on your creation. Also, don't forget to create yourself.
3. What is your topic of choice? Develop a breif overview of a plot for your daydream. Start at the beginning and let your mind guide you into your own world.
