Various Christian authors have written books explaining Christianity. The best of these that I have read is Mere Christianity by CS Lewis, in which he does a very good job explaining Christian doctrine.

| I am, above all else, a Christian. This section of the site is devoted to explaining who Christians are and why we believe what we believe. As this section develops, I hope to have quite a bit posted here, but at the moment I'm just getting started. If you want to know more about Christianity, the best place to start looking for answers is the Bible. It is the source of Christianity, and thus the first place anyone should look. A good place to start is the book of John (most Bibles have a table of contents were you can find the page numbers for the different books), but you can also start at the beginning and read your way through.
