And to further meet our corporate clients' needs, we have diversified our services by way of assisting our clients organize and coordinate corporate events requiring domestic and international travelling and accommodations to their respective destinations. This is to show our support in ensuring the success of our clients' undertaking. b.) TRAVEL PLANNING We assist in planning itineraries of passengers concerned, whether business or personal travel. Reservations are immediately done after each passenger's request, and air tickets are issued as soon as travel arrangements have been finalized, taking into consideration the preferences of our client in consonance with their company's budget and policies. In order to conform to the passenger's specific request, we submit fare and schedule for approval before actual ticketing, with the global of targeting the most competitive fares possible. c.) PASSPORT/VISAS/IMMIGRATION PROCESSING ASSISTANCE We provide assistance in securing documents for our passengers necessary for their travel such as: valid passport, applicable visas and immigration clearances. AIRLINE/HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS/TOURIST TRANSPORT/CAR RENTALS Our automated Abacus reservation system allows linkage to all airlines, hotels and major car rental companies. The system is helpful to instant confirmation of air spaces, hotel and car rental requests.
