20 bar .+ Range .006" to .060" (0.15 to 1.5 mm).
C.V.F is a highly compressible, special blend of cellulose
fibers treated with glue-glycerin binder rendered insoluble
by means of a tanning solutions which gives it strong flexible
, oil proof qualities with excellent sealing ability.
Experience has shown sealing failures often come from minute
leakages between the gasket and the flange , due to “tiny”
imperfections normally found on flange surfaces. C.V.F. material
is highly capable to compensate for distortion in flanges
making it an “ideal” general purpose gasket material.
