Abstract

Electro-diagnostics is one of the imminent fields of study in a briskly changing age where the paradigm is shifting from digital systems to biological systems. That natural phenomenon crop up within diversity of systems and in different medias, through a different mechanism and causing a different inference to be drawn out in each case. Sensing of Biological elements moving in environments has been among the fields where human judgement and error both comes in an ambiguous manner. Therefore for each system, it is feasible to find out changing quantity replaced by some electrical property in the system that changing electrical quantity is our link with the complex infinitesimal system which otherwise seems inert for us. Implementation is in the form of linking a Computing Device (e.g. Computer) with the biological system through the electrical sensors, which senses a changing electrical property of the system and converts it into a changing current or voltage for suitable subsequent transmission into the device. Of course, all systems cannot be tapped by the same sensor hence a different system coerce for the use of a different sensor to study it’s behaviors. The signal, which we obtain from the sensor will be an electrical quantity, but its magnitude will be quite less than what can be accurately transferred in a digital format with the right amount of precision. Nevertheless, the interfacing circuitry and the software do not change with each system. Interfacing is the most vital aspect of this project since a hi-fidelity recreation of the signal for analysis is of primary importance. Conclusion is that the nature and sensitiveness of the work should help in deciding the analog to digital converter that should be brought in use. The software has an important part to play in this exercise right from controlling the ports to sensing, displaying and storing of the signals and again in analyzing the signals for any intrinsic property they might possess.
