LANGSHAN
This bird is from Chinese origin and comes in either white or black. A big tall bird with dark eyes and bluish feathered paws, as well as a strong personality, although not a fighter. With its gleaming plumage, it is a good show bird; it is also very beautiful to look at when at free range. The hen lays very dark brown eggs, the reason why this breed was selected to create the Marans lineage. LANGSHAN
Poule d'origine chinoise de couleur noire ou blanche, la Langshan est grande et élancée; elle a des yeux foncés ainsi que des pattes bleues emplumées. Elle possède une forte personnalité, mais n'est pas belliqueuse pour autant. Avec son plumage très lustré, elle fait un bel oiseau d'exposition et produit un excellent effet sur le terrain lorsque laissée en liberté. Ses oeufs brun brun très foncé ont été retenus afin de créer la lignée des Marans.
