COU-NU
Poids standard : coq : 8 livres coquelet : 7 livres poule : 6,5 livres poulette : 5,5 livres 180 oeufs/an 24-27 onces/douzaine |
NAKED-NECK (or TURKEN)
Even if this bird with a bare neck has also only very few feathers on its breast and beneath its wings, it endures cold weather very well. Very docile and gentle, the hen lays big and very dark brown eggs. With its strange turkey-like look, this bird easily catches the attention. Standardized in black, white, buff and red colors. A good dual purpose bird. Standard weight : cock : 8 pounds cockerel : 7 pounds hen : 6.5 pounds pullet : 5.5 pounds 180 eggs/yr 24-27 oz/dz |
