City Description: The city of Kepa is home to the Dragon Knights of Kepa, an Army of fierce warriors who ride on the backs of dragons, which are trained in combat.
City History: Once Amarlith defeted the dragons that killed his family he decited to become the King of the Dragons so that no dragons opposed him. soon he realized that the baby dragons needed a place to live so the city of Kapa built. after Kapa was attacked by unknown barbarins, Amarlith realized he must have an army. Due to the fact that he and his brother were always on dragons battling, they decided to train a selct few to become Dragon Knights. They still recurit them and bring them through the long training.
