Who is Erin?
Erin is a devoted mother of 3 beautiful children, a loving wife, a gracious daughter, and a wonderful friend to many. Erin is 33 years old and just recently moved into her dream home with her husband CJ, son Jarrett (9), daughter Camryn (6) and baby Abigail (11 months). Now, imagine trying to accomplish daily household chores, raising 3 children and finding time to take care of your needs when ALS (Lou Gherig’s disease) is trying to control your every move. This is Erin’s life! Some of her symptoms are twitching and cramping of the muscles, loss of motor control in her hands and legs, weakness, fatigue, tripping, falling without warning and dropping things. This is why we are reaching out for your help! Any task, large or small that we can take off of her plate will allow her to be able to spend more valuable time with her family. Every little thing that we can give back to her is a strike back at ALS, a strike against the disease that continues to try to rob things from Erin.
This may be the biggest challenge Erin has ever dealt with, but she is a very courageous and determined fighter. Ultimately, we need to join together to find ways to keep giving Erin the firepower she needs to continue this fight. Together, we can be an endless supply of ammunition against this horrible disease called ALS. This is one fight that cannot and will not be faught alone!
