| Hi, nice to meet you! My name is Erin Micklow and I would like to welcome you to our website. This is my tenth year teaching and my seventh year at South Elementary. I grew up in northern West Virginia in a little town called Moundsville. My family still lives there. I moved to North Carolina nine years ago. I live here with my husband Michael (who is also a teacher and Mooresville's varsity basketball coach) and my sweet little boy Erik who was born in April 2005. We also have a pomeranian dog named Sadie. She is a whopping 9 lbs. In addition to being with my family and teaching, I also love to cook, exercise, make scrapbooks and read. It is hard for me to put a book down until I finish it. Second grade is my favorite grade to teach. They are so eager to learn and it is so much fun for all of us. Thanks for visiting our site.
