For those who say weed is "ok" cuz it's healthier or more natural (brandon this means you):

Eating 1 lb. of fruits & vegetables a day has been proven to have protective factors against disease, including cardiovascular diseases.  One lb. of fruits & veggies may sound like a lot, but it's actually only about 5 servings--the recommended daily amount.  and think
COLOR when selecting your fruits & veggies--don't just stick to green lettuce--try red bell peppers, carrots, corn, peas, eggplant, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries to make a colorful display on your plate!  =)
