Personally: Be aware of personally hygiene. Wash the hands frequently. Wear face mask when you are out. Stay at home when you are feeling sick and go to see a doctor. Do not go to public areas that are crowded with people.Keep a healthy lifestlye.Maintain a good diet. Envrionment: Use diluted household bleach of 1:99 to clean the things at home and in the public areas(e.g.lift call buttons, door knobs).Clean all drain outlets at home once a day by pouring a teaspoonful of 1:99 diluted household bleach down each drain outlet. After 5 minutes, rinse with water.Maintain good indoor ventilation Passengers: Passengers are asked to measure the body temperature before they check-in.If passengers have a body temperature of over 38 degrees Celsius would be required to seek medical advice. Passengers who have fever or symptoms suggestive of SARS should not board a plane. Education: There was a suspension of class.Lessons and assignments were avilable on Internet. When the class resumed, teachers and students needed to wear face masks. Wash hands before go into the classroom.Measure the body temperature everyday morning.If students is having a fever, they are not allowd to go to school.Schools are also reminded that tuckshop, catering, school bus and nanny bus services must maintain health standards to the highest. There was a cleansing campaign to call on parents to join forces to help out with school cleansing work. |
