Consulted to assist Kennametal Inc to improve their helpdesk in the following areas: Telephone Support, Customer service, and network applications for IBM mainframe and PC application support in a medium sized (2000 user) international company. Created four separate Access Databases for use in the Data Center to allow for problem tracking, and record keeping. These applications are currently in use for tracking current problems with SAP, maintaining IP addresses and information about currently installed printers, tracking pager and home phone numbers for emergency contacts. Applications on site included: VAX/VMS, UNIX, and SAP.
