Support internal customers with both proprietary and "Shrink Wrap" software in an MS Windows NT/Windows 2000 environment. Provide network support for file access management, user profiles and user account management. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist users with remote access to the companies NT network via dialup Networking, VPN and Citrix accounts.
