Management of 120 user Telephone station network and calling permissions via a Lucent Definity G3si phone switch. Primary first level PC and Telephone support analysis for 100+ users. Deployment of new hardware and software systems. Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Desktop applications supported: MS Office 97 applications, PsychCosult, Visio, Lucent CMS, Outlook 97; Exchange mail; Windows NT

Accomplishments: Performed site survey and recommended new layout for server room. Created new disaster recovery plan for onsite server data. Created and maintained tracking database for PC hardware, Telephone/LAN ports, phone extension usage, and company telephone directory. Evaluated and recommended hardware and software purchases for the company totaling over $80,000, including new desktop PCs, a Fax server running on a Compaq Proliant 1800R, a new server rack to hold existing and new servers, new server room furniture, SCSI cards, and various support items. Managed call center skill sets, and maintained user database for Lucent CMS and Centrivue Manager application. Deployed new NT systems, and performed first level troubleshooting for it. Assisted in planning for redesign of cubicle layout and telephone/LAN wiring. Assisted in deploying HEAT help desk application into company. Hired full time by CCBH after 6 months as a contract worker with Ciscorp, Inc
