I've enjoyed these 3 1/2 years with Ericsson, and I'll miss working with
such a competent and challenging group. Many thanks to Pierre for
having high expectations and believing in my ability. A great deal of
my job satisfaction here came from knowing my manager understands what I
do, and is willing to step in to help if necessary.. I call that leadership.
Thanks also to my coworkers, for occasionally putting up with slow
response times, but also for sharing in the enjoyment of creating new
things and figuring out why in the world they aren't working properly :)
