Two arytenoids are defined in two-dimensions.
1. artSpkRot is the rotation point of the arytenoid as measured from the rest vocal process (anterior-posterior) along the midline.
2. artSpk is the list of coordinates defining Titze's arytenoid relative to the rotation point.
3. artMeRot is my rotation point of the arytenoid as measured from the rest vocal process (anterior-posterior) along the midline.
4. artMe is the list of coordinates defining my arytenoid relative to the rotation point.
