Most of the sections us similar formats with the same variable names for uniformity in later analysis. Some variations will happen from one to the next. Variables and general steps will be described.
When activating one of the functions, note that there may be initial errors. Run the function a second time to see if the errors persist. Often they occur on initial runs.
