Vol.1 Card Magic - Effects
Count One - Three separate spectator selections are found quicker than you can count "one".
Be Visitor - Very, very similar to Larry Jenning's Visitor, but with an ultra-smooth Shoot Ogawa handling and a unique application of the Billis switch.
Repeat - think "reset" on steriods, and it's super clean, with no extras / gimmicks / gaffs / preparation.
Speed - the identity of a spectator's selection is determined by first locating four face cards in a startling magical fashion, and then using these four face cards to find the selected card's brethren.
Musashi - a lengthy card routine, combining much of the previous routines, with a dramatic climax at the end (that kinda reminds me of a Lennart Green effect!)
Vol. 2 Coin Magic - Effects
Mis Understand - combines the classic card matrix with shadow coins. No gimmicks or extras, and highly visual. A very unique matrix concept!
3 Coins across - the coins across Shoot uses for walkaround and close-up. This is hard stuff; but I heard through the grape vine that it fooled Jeff McBride good. So that says a lot right there.
And Then - single coin magic; reminds me of his Schizoid vanish quite a bit (which is taught on Shoot in Hollywood, available here on E)
Count Three - A version of the Chris Korn effect, where a coin mysteriously keeps appearing on the table- Shoot's is ungimmicked, and just as visual.
Evolution - The epitome of classic matrix effects, that is tremendously quick and visually impossible- this one will fool you!
Vol. 3 Technique of Magic - Contents
Card Setting- Shoot shows how to organize a deck in packaging order, fast! You also get an inside look at a Japanese magician setting a new record in Card Setting, at an exclusive Japanese magic contest.
Coin Roll- Shoot goes over the coin roll. Also, watch a Japanese magician see how many rolls he can do in a minute- trust me, it's a lot! (at the same contest).
Muscle Pass- Again, watch a Japanese magician do the muscle pass, 55 centimeters high (over half a metre) in an exclusive magic contest. Shoot TEACHES THE MUSCLE PASS IN DETAIL on this DVD.
Thimble- Shoot teaches his stage/close-up thimble routine. You can watch a clip from it on his website (look above for link) in the videos section. Very cool, colorful magic.
