"Hey didn't you used to referee?"...

When you look at what the Rolling Thunder got, it ain't much. This team is the league's version of Midgets On Wheels as the tiny team regroups for another year. Look for da Thunder to come up "short" this year, heh heh heh. They really have "small" expections. No one's expecting "big" things from this team. Alright (shaddup) enough of that. Then you've got the other extreme as captain Scott Kelly makes up for the lack of size, and then some, seeing as how the whole team combined makes up about one Scott Kelly. The lack of size will hurt them going against the bigger teams, and seeing how they open their season against the "GOONies" led by Sam Sorber, things should be interesting. The thing that hurts them the most this year is the absence of Rick "I see nothing" Adams as referee. He was their best player in the playoffs last season and will be missed. In order for this team to be good they have to use their speed and hope they can put up big numbers offensively, cuz I don't see a pure defenseman on their team, and Carkin isn't exactly Mr. Agility in goal, so its lookin like they'll be giving up a lot of goals this year. Lets just say they should hope for either a growth spurt for half the team, or Rick Adams to come back outta retirement, none of which da Fly sees happening soon.
