| -Your Under Arrest takes place in Tokyo and is based on two women of law-enforcement. Natsumi and Miyuki are two women in the anime show who take on the ever so popular "panty thief". They also take on high speed car chases, robbers, hijackers, Speed demonds, and freaks. One freak in the mini-specials is on file 4 on the dvd where he goes around the park at night asulting men by dressing up as a woman in a coat and flashing the "inocent" men with fake electric breast.....Sounds fun! Without the guy and fake breast part. This anime show is really great and worth to watch and downright funny. The miny-speacials are the best they range from the two police officers teaching how to swim to catching a panty thief who makes covers out of them.....YOU GOTTA C IT!!
