| Poetry...what can I say? It's what I do. My best friends are the metaphor and the simile, more so the metaphor. Personally, I thoroughly enjoy the use of imagery to enhance the emotional statement or message of the poem. However, not all my poems are complete fact or experiences I've had. (That's the joy of creative writing, one gets to embelish where it is appropriate and most effective.) There are poems that have been dedicated to specific people that have touched my sphere in very important or special ways. I won't be including their names, but their intials with the piece. For those of you that have inspired me, you know who you are. I thank you and hold you and/or the memory of you, in my heart eternally.
