White: Bent Larsen    Black: Robert Fischer      Exhibition Game, Danish TV 1962

1.f4 Nf6 2.Nf3 g6 3.d3 d5
Preventing 4.e4, Black stakes his claim to the center.
4.Nbd2?
This natural looking move is actually a serious mistake from which White has a difficult time recovering. Better is 4.c3, preventing Blacks next move.
4...d4!

Cramping White and taking advantage of the weakness at e3. Black is threatening 5Nd5.
5.c3
Removing the thorn but creating weaknesses.
5...dxc3 6.bxc3 Nd5!
Simultaneously hitting c3 and e3. Fischer starts his attack before White can get his pieces organized.
7.Qa4+
If 7.Ne4, then 7...f5.
7...Nc6
If 7....Bd7, then 8.Qd4.
8.Ne5 Bg7
Not 8...Nxc3 9.Qc4.
9.Ne4
Perhaps the best chance is 9.Nxc6 Qd7 (9Nxc3 is worth considering) 10.Nb1 Nb6 (if 10Nxc3, then 11.Qc4) 11.Qb5 bxc6 12.Qc5 Qd6 13.Ba3 Nd5 14.Qc4 and White appears to be doing fine.
9....Nb6 10.Qb3
If 10.Nxc6, then 10....Nxa4 11.Nxd8 Kxd8 leaves Black with an advantage
in the endgame.  Therefore White sacrifices a pawn.
10...Nxe5 11.fxe5 Bxe5 12.Qb5+ Nd7 13.Bh6
White has some compensation for the pawn as Black is not able to castle.
13...c6 14.Qb3 Nf6 15.Bg7 Rg8 16.Bxf6 exf6 17.d4 f5 18.Nf2
Bf4 19.e4 fxe4 20.Bc4 Rg7

An awkward looking spot for the Rook.  Possible is 20...Qxe7 as 21.O-O
b5 22.Bxf7+ Qxf7 23.Qxf7+ Kxf7 24.Nxe4 g5 25.g3 Bf5 26.Rae1 Rge8 wins.
21.O-O b5?!
Did Fischer miss a real strong move here? 21Qh4. Now 22.g3 Bxg3 is crushing and 22.h3 f5 23.Nh1 Be3+ 24.Kh2 f4 leaves Black with a decisive advantage.  Now White gets some chances with a piece sacrifice.
22.Nxe4!
Larsen counterattacks and now Black must start defending.
22...bxc4 23.Qxc4 Be3+ 24.Kh1 Bf5!

Not 24...Bd7? because of 25.Nf6+ Kf8 26.Qc5+ Qe7 27.Qxe7+ Kxe7 28.Rae1.
25.Qxc6+ Kf8 26.Nd6 Rb8 27.Qc5 Qb6 28.Qe5 Bg5 29.Rae1
Threatening 30.Qe8+ followed by mate.  Black must defend carefully.  Not 29...Bd7?
due to 30.Rxf7+ Rxf7 31.Qe8#.
29...Qd8 30.g4 Bf6
Black defends precisely. Not 30Bxg4? 31.Nxf7.
31.Qd5

If 31.Qf4, then 31...Be7 32.Rxe7 Qxe7 33.gxf5 (33.Nxf5 Qb7+) 33...gxf5
34.Nxf5 Qb7+ 35.Rf3 Qxf3+ 36.Qxf3 Rb1+ winning.
31...Be7 32.gxf5
Whites attack is coming to an end. Worth considering is 32.Rxe7 Qxe7 33.gxf5, though 33Qe2 still looks good for Black.
32...Qxd6 33.Qxd6 Bxd6 34.f6 Rg8

Black is winning due to his extra piece.  He just needs to get his
King's Rook into play.
35.c4 g5 36.c5 Bf4 37.h4 Rg6!
Not 37...h6? 38.h5 and the Rook never gets out.
38.d5 Rxf6 39.hxg5 Bxg5 40.d6 Rc8 41.Rxf6 Bxf6 42.d7 Rxc5
43.Re8+ Kg7 44.d8=Q Bxd8 45.Rxd8 Rc1+ 46.Kg2 Rc2+ 47.Kg3 Rxa2 0-1
